The placement campaign for XLRI’s flagship 15-month MBA program for 2021-2022 was a resounding success with 100% placements made. The batch included 114 hand-picked top talents, 112 of whom opted for the placement process, each of whose aspirations were fulfilled as part of the effort to accomplish stellar placements.

Students came with rich experiences previously wearing various hats in areas such as project management, product management, consulting, marketing, software technologies and HR from Fortune 500, Big 4, Unicorns companies and other leading organizations. Moreover, the average work experience of the cohort was 6 years and the average age was 28 years.

The highest salary was Rs 44,74,100.00, the median salary was Rs 26,00,000.00, the average salary of the top 10% Rs 34,23,882.00, the average salary of the top 25%, Rs 32,49,257.00 the average salary of 50% higher and Rs 30,04,901.00
