Over 1,600 job offers made at DSEU’s first job fair

More than 1,600 job offers were made at the first job and placement fair organized by the Delhi University of Skills and Entrepreneurship, officials reported.

The university hosted a three-day job fair for graduate students from its 13 campuses.

According to university officials, the fair saw the participation of 26 companies.

“This is the first time that a job and apprenticeship fair has been organised. The students were exceptional in their interviews. I am happy to share that over 1,600 jobs and offers were offered to participating students. This was just the first in a long series, we are aligning our partnerships and we will spare no effort to ensure maximum support for our students to secure the best placements,” said Neharika Vora, Vice Chancellor of DSEU.

Among recruiters, the highest number of job offers was made by Bajaj Motors with 146 offers. Yokohama Tires made 107 offers and VVDN Technologies made 77 offers.

Other companies that participated and bid at the DSEU job and learning fair were Caparo Maruti, Hindustan Unilever, LG Electronics, Paramount Surgimed, JTEKT, Policy Bazaar, Career Dose and Knorr-Bremse.
